Delivery methods

The Items supplied by the site will be delivered to the address indicated by the User, in the manner and at the time chosen or indicated on the site and reported in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise specified, the delivery terms specified in the order confirmation indicate the period of time usually required to deliver the Item from the moment the courier takes charge.
In the event that it is not possible to provide the requested Items, a prompt notice will be given to the User via e-mail, indicating when he is expected to be able to deliver them or the reasons that make the supply impossible.
If the User doesn’t want to accept the new term or the delivery has become impossible, he can request a refund of the paid amount , which will be credited promptly in the same payment method used for the purchase by the User, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Owner became aware of the request for refund.
Upon receipt of the Item, the User is required to verify compliance with the order placed as well as the integrity of the packaging. In case of evident damage to the packaging and / or to the Item, the User can refuse the delivery of the Item and may return it without any cost. Once the delivery document has been signed, the User will not be able to make any objection to the external characteristics of the delivered Items .
The Owner will not be liable to any party or third parties for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract due to force majeure.

Returns and Refunds

You can request a change or return for any Item within 14 days from the delivery date by sending a written notice to; for the return you have 14 days from the date of your communication.
Make sure the Items are in the same condition as you received them, with the tag and seal still intact and attached and we will refund the payments received in the same payment method you used.

How to make a return

If you want to return the Item purchased and / or in exceptional cases receive a defective Item, please contact us at +39 3755852968.
WE WILL PUT THE WITHDRAWAL with our DHL courier. We will send you the waybill in pdf to your e-mail address, to be attached to the box containing the Item to be returned.
Or we will notify you of the DHL collection point nearest you, where you can conveniently leave the box, after communicating with us and attaching the waybill that we will send you in pdf to your e-mail address.

Do you want to return Items from different orders with a single shipment?
Within the terms and in the manner indicated, return the Items using a single box and a single waybill, which we will send to your e-mail address after you have contacted us. In this way you will allow us to optimize transport.

The courier DHL, with whom we have established an agreement, charges us the shipping costs. We ask you not to change courier: if you prefer a different method from the one indicated, the costs will be charged to you.
